Certifications apply to specific product orders as confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

Our tapes have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date, when stored under the following conditions:

• Original packaging, unopened
• Temperature: 23±5°C
• Humidity: 50±10% RH
• Away from direct sunlight, heat, and solvents

Performance may degrade if storage conditions are not met. We recommend using products within the shelf life for optimal performance.

Our standard MOQ is 50 rolls for most products, which is among the lowest in the industry. This makes us ideal for:

• Trial orders and product testing
• Small batch production
• Startup brands and new projects

Custom specifications may have different MOQs (typically 100-500 rolls). Contact us for specific requirements.

Our standard payment terms for B2B orders are:

• 50% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to initiate production
• 50% balance to be paid before shipment
• Currency: USD (unless otherwise agreed in PI)
• Bank charges: Buyer bears all bank fees; remittance must ensure we receive the full invoice amount

For established customers with large orders, negotiable payment terms may be available. Sample orders require 100% advance payment.

Our order process is straightforward:

1. Inquiry: Contact us with your product requirements (model, specifications, quantity)
2. Quotation: We provide a detailed quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI)
3. Confirmation: Sign and return the PI to confirm your order
4. Deposit: Pay 50% deposit via T/T
5. Production: We manufacture your order (5-25 business days depending on specifications)
6. Balance: Pay remaining 50% before shipment
7. Shipment: We ship your order via agreed logistics method

Order changes depend on the production stage:

• Before production starts: Cancellation may result in partial deposit forfeiture to cover procurement and engineering costs
• After production starts: Deposit is non-refundable; buyer additionally bears all incurred costs (materials, molds, packaging, etc.)
• Specification changes after production: Require our written acceptance; additional costs and extended lead time apply

We recommend confirming all details before signing the PI to avoid changes.

Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and other factors.

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT): 5-7 business days — best for samples and urgent orders
• Air Freight: 3-7 business days (airport to airport, plus handling)
• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 20-35 days — most cost-effective for bulk orders

Shipping method is agreed during order confirmation and stated in the PI.

Shipping costs depend on several factors:

• Weight and volume of the shipment
• Destination country and region
• Shipping method (express, air, or sea)

Shipping costs are quoted per shipment and included in your quotation/PI. Contact us for a precise shipping quote based on your order details.

Yes. All import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and destination handling charges are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for specific duty rates for adhesive tapes in your country.

After shipment, we provide:

• Tracking number (for express shipments) or Bill of Lading number (for sea freight)
• Tracking link sent via email
• You can track directly on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Yes! We offer samples for most products. Here's how it works:

• Sample cost: Sample fee + shipping cost (varies by product and destination)
• Sample fee credit: Sample cost can be deducted from your first bulk order (if placed within 90 days)
• Shipping: Samples ship within 3-7 business days via express
• Shipping cost: Never refundable

We provide MSDS, TDS, and certification reports for every shipment.

If you receive products with quality defects:

• Visible defects: Report within 7 days of receipt with photos
• Hidden defects: Report within 30 days of receipt (and within 3 business days of discovery)

• Remedy: We will replace defective products, issue credit, or provide a refund (at our discretion)
